Products once purchased can only be returned if they are received damaged or defective. Proof of that will have to be given in the form of a video when opening the package.

Once payment for the goods has been received by us, the products will be shipped next day and can take 3-4 days to reach you, depending on your location. Shipment details and timeframe will be communicated to you once payment is received.

Our current payment options are Bank transfer into our bank account or Upi payment, details of which will be shown once you confirm your order. We accept payments in INR in India only for now.

A Jewelry Certificate can be provided upon request for precious metal/diamond/gemstones jewelry. It will be at an additional cost.
